Clywedog report 14th April weekly stock 1000 season 4000 Thankfully the snow has all but gone on what a week we've had despite the very cold conditions at the start of the week good numbers of fish have been caught plenty of limit bags coming off top of the Bigga arm,Gronwen field, Eblid, popular side, rainbow corner and the moorings have been the best areas from the bank best method has been boobies fished slow as well as gold headed lures. Boat anglers have enjoyed good sport in the Bigga aswell as the cages to yacht club with di 5 lines and mini lures We have some outstanding fish come out this last 10 days with Gaz Dixon taking 2 rainbows of 12lb 3oz and 8lb 3oz but thease fish were dwarfed by visting angler Richard Morrisfrom Mountain Ash with a fishery record rainbow of 20lb 1oz caught on a cats whisker boobie a truly outstanding quality fish
